Frequently asked questions
How much does ManosPay cost?
You can start on the Free plan: 30 documents a month, at no cost. The Pro plan is $14.99 a month, and the Advanced and Ultra plans are for businesses with more work or with employees. Prices in US dollars. See all plans
What is the AI receptionist and how much is it?
It is an add-on you can put on Pro or any higher plan, for +$29.99/mo or +$299.90/yr, with 150 call minutes a month; Ultra includes it, with 250. It has two modes: with a new customer, it answers in your company's name, takes the details and creates the client and the job in ManosPay; and with your existing customers, it tells them what they owe and, when they ask, emails their invoice after hangup. Your AI Business Assistant is separate: you use it by typing, or by dictating with the mic, inside the ManosPay app. If a caller asks, it says plainly that it is your business's AI assistant, and it never claims to be a person. Calls are transcribed: we do not record the audio.
How do voice minutes work?
The add-on includes 150 voice minutes a month; Ultra includes 250. It is one pool of minutes for your whole company: the calls your AI receptionist answers use it. Dictating to your AI Business Assistant doesn't use minutes. Calls under 15 seconds don't count. We let you know by email and in the app when you reach 90% and 100%. You can buy 100 extra minutes for $15; those minutes expire 12 months after purchase, are not refunded, and are lost if you delete your account. Auto top-up is off by default; you can turn it on. When minutes run out, calls to your AI receptionist forward to your phone by default, or go to voicemail with a transcript if you choose. An unanswered forward goes to voicemail. Daily per-company call limits also apply, to protect your line from misuse.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account. Charges stop, you keep your plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for, and then you move to the Free plan. You keep your data.
How do my customers pay me?
From a link on their phone: by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer (ACH), processed by Stripe, or by Zelle. Zelle is on every plan; card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer start on the Pro plan. Stripe charges its own processing fees separately. See payments and fees
Who owns my data?
You do. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not store card numbers: payments are processed by Stripe. You can export your data from Settings, and the account owner can delete the account there.
